We provide education and training services to individuals with diabetes and those at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Our goal is to help reduce the burden of diabetes and pre-diabetes by helping individuals improve their health outcomes. Participants will learn to develop and facilitate the use of proven approaches to maintain skills to prevent the onset of type 2 diabetes or the complications of diabetes.
