This company was the absolute worst! Don't ever use them, run as far as you can. I unfortunately had to use them through my American Home Shield warranty company. They would call that morning to say when they are coming out, you cannot suggest a better time the tech would always say I'm not in your area at that time. It took 16 days for them to fix my stove. They would not show up when they said they would, parts came in broken so they had to reschedule, they were completely and totally unprofessional. I cannot believe that they are still in business it blows my mind. I cannot believe that AHS still allows them to come out and service peoples appliances. It blows my mind. They would never call people back, they would make up excuses as to why they cannot come during certain hours. When my contract with AHS is up I will not be renewing because there is no way in hell I would ever let Appliance Plus back into my house. Never ever call this company or do business with them.

Absolutely disgraceful service!!!! The man who operates this company has no comprehension of sincerity, integrity or pride in his work. I am unclear how AHS have his company on their file for repairs. I have had this guy twice now to repair appliances. The first time he outright lied to me about parts being under order and I was without an oven for 2 months. The second and most recent time he has been fibbing to me about the recall on the original repair, claiming parts are on order and also not showing up when he arranges a time with me. He is very rude, has no professional courtesy and quite frankly seems to be fumbling his way around the appliances. He is also very

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO REPAIR A APPLIANCE AND IF YOU ARE A AHS CUSTOMER THEN REQUEST AHS TO REMOVE HIM. It will take a combined effort to have this company removed.

Do not confuse this company with Appliance Tech in Red Bank - they are great!
