I had a wonderful experience with this company and Warren, on the telephone, was most helpful. The items I ordered were shipped in the wrong color (they were blue, but not the blue I ordered). One phone call to the company solved the problem. A prepaid FedEx label was emailed to me and once they saw the return items were on their way back, they shipped out the correct color. The entire process took less than a week. Very happy with both the items purchased and with my experience.

Horrible and Nasty staff. Do not care about customer service and are all vile individuals. Bad, bad experience.
