The worst experience ever. Do not use them for any data recovery especially if your insurance company recommends it. They made up several unfounded accusations about my damaged hard drives helping the insurance company avoid paying for the data recovery expenses. Several hard drives were damaged and I put in a claim through my insurance company and their response was that the drives are not damaged during the incident but they were damaged elsewhere. Not only that the guy that picked up the drives made up a story saying that my wife told them these drives were damaged before?? Who would tell them this story and then file a claim? Avoid this company and find your own data recovery expert. I hated the way they handled my genuine and honest claim and came up with unfounded stories and accusations.
