advanced low balled me. quoted lower thqn eagle but then sent another bill after i paid. i phone and am told Minocqua office will phone back, 4 times. they won't call back. they are managed poorly and a rip off. i am reporting them to the BBB.

5 stars for ***holes of the year. Double charging us some months, taking our bins for no payment when our payments cleared the bank early. You guys really take the cake. Boxx took us under their wing, Advanced was "so sorry to lose our business".

First of all I have nothing to complain about the garbage aspect of this company but their costumer service representatives on the other hand blow. On my last bill I had been charged twice. I called and they said it takes 2-3 days to be refunded. Lying to me on the phone not telling me that it had to be approved by someone. So now I'm 50 dollars down and its been 8 days and still waiting. I've called multiple times and no one had told me it had. To be approved by their someone else who is apparently "out of town". I was told it was already going through and should look for it. Very disappointed and if you dont want deal with ignorant employees, I suggested staying away from this company.
