I am happy with the install and Direct TV itself. The Sales Staff, mainly Jason, told me empty promises and even hung up on me while explaining my frustration with not ever receiving a call back from anyone. It sure seems like once they make the sale and the install is done there will not be any customer service or even return phone calls given to now existing customers. I wish it would have gone better but I feel I need to warn prospective clients.

The sales staff is not well informed of what it is they 'think' they are selling to you. The owner makes no effort to salvage, resolve or make a situation better with any type of offer, ect. Phone calls are NOT returned. The customer service staff is well trained to give you the top 3 to 5 'we're sorry and we understand' cover sentences when in fact they know the owner is not going to help you or have no intention of helping you. They do NOT rebundle your cable/internet and phone services because they do NOT have the ability too. They sell you Direct TV, take money for it and then tell you that you have to get your own internet and phone because they 'just can't do it'. If you want cable , internet for better pricing; do your homework first and for one, don't go with LinkZone.

I had a much different experie...

I had a much different experience then the bad review. They called back right away. They were way more knowledgeable then calling Directv directly. Friendly and helpful.

Do not buy satellite service through this company. They employ sales people from out of state who make empty promises. The Linkzone office does not make courtesy calls or e-mails to confirm appointments. their installer just doesn't show up. this company doesn't even answer their published telephone number. Very poor service.
