Had Swanson's install flooring in our new home and would not recommend! Installed our laminate in the winter before a furnace was put in, now the flooring is shifting so bad the its separating at the seams and most are so uneven that just by mopping and walking around you get caught on the seams and corners and the top veneer peels off! The sales rep came out twice, the first time tried to touch up a spot and assured it wouldn't get any worse but when it did and he came out a 2nd time he stormed out said it was our fault because we had a dirt driveway? Even though we never allow shoes in the house and that we were too picky! He was very unprofessional and they have zero consideration for the customers. Will be looking for another flooring company to redo it in the future! The photos are just a few examples of how the flooring looks in numerous spots!
