How Are Coaching Services Delivered? The initial session is about discovery. We prefer to meet with clients in person for this session and the discovery session can be anywhere from 1 ½ - 3 hours in length. Subsequent sessions are generally 45 – 60 minutes and can be in person or by phone. Some people like to meet weekly while others may choose to meet once or twice a month. We will make ourselves available to our clients in the format and frequency of their choosing.
