I know a couple that was told their closing costs could be worked into the loan. As time moved on, the story changed and they had to come up with a larger down payment, which they told Cambria Thrift they wouldn't be able to do. Cambria Thrift in Ebensburg also did not know what a seller assist was. The woman said she never heard of it! After two months, they tell the people they have to have a co-signer and need to start the loan all over again. Isn't this done in the beginning when we find out their credit score??????
