I'm not one to write reviews, but even though it's been since 2012, I feel like I got ripped off by Classy Canine services! I payed alot of money upfront, to train my three dogs! That should have been a red flag to start with, but we live and learn. If I had paid her half, she would have never received the other half! From the start, Stacey gave me the run around. She was suppose to come and train when it was convenient for you, but that didn't happen. She cancelled alot, and sent several different trainers. Mrs. Mary, came first, which we really liked! She wasn't even aware she was training three dogs. She only knew about Bax, my house dog. When I had paid for training, for my two labs also. I feel, she wasn't consistent, in the training. My dogs didn't even learn a trick or anything, that was promised. She guaranteed me Bax would ring a bell to go potty, from her first visit. Well you guessed it, this never happened. I could go on and on, but still bitter, nearly three years later, over what I paid, and the service I received. The only thing I can say good about my experience, is Mrs Mary. I really did enjoy her. I did contact a lawyer, to try and get my money back, but decided not to pursue it. Long story short, Im just putting my experience out there, so anybody might see how we got treated. I really did learn my lesson. Never send anybody complete payment upfront, until you receive your service!
