My husband and I had James wing field do a complete remodel in November 2014. We had water damage. He had to completely take out the entire ceiling floor etc. we also had him do a few extras. It's only been January since all the work was finished. We lived in a hotel for 2 months till the work was complete. At first we thought things were going well . However; the ceiling that he completely re did. Is now cracking throughout the ceiling. It was not properly installed. Before the cracks started to form , I never really was happy with it. He was aware of this so he had his workers come back to repaint. Still I wasn't happy. I just delbt with it. Now with the cracks forming I cannot deal with it anymore . Insurance payed for the bulk but over 7000.00 came out of pocket . Iv tried to have him come and take a look. We've not seen hI'm so far. He was called s week ago. He clearly doesn't want to honor his work. Iv been in this business for 24 years. If ever I had an u satisfied client. I always made it right no matter what the cost or how long it took. I just happened to see him at a restaurant . He asked . Well are you using furniture in the room in the upstairs. Huh. So I guess he is suggesting we not use furniture and as a result it's our fault. He did say that he would come out to take a look. So far not a single phone call. So my recommendation is DO NOT hire him for anything. That's not the only thing I have a complaint with but it's quite enough. Totally disgusted.
