The director is irresponsible, dishonest and unprofessional. My child came home 3 times in 2 weeks smelling like feces. Director blamed staff even though she admitted she was the last one to change my child. When checked childs diaper was cleaned but wipes revealed dried feces. Called to pick up sick child b/c of diarreha. Turns out child only had one bowel movement. No other bowel movements the entire day.When advised child was not taken to Dr. b/c he was not sick director yelled and threw a fit. I gave 2 wks notice. This was on friday. On tuesday director stated she wanted to talk. Advised I did not have time and would speak to her later she began yelling at me. In front of my child and the other toddlers. Advised my child was being kicked out of daycare because I had carried him across the kitchen to his teacher. I explained that his class was not in their room when I arrived and I had carried him to his teacher in the other room. She advised me that I intended to do what I wanted to and she wasn't having it. Oh yeah, forgot to mention that the only way to get to the other room was across the kitchen or to carry my child outside and around to the front of the building. I was never advised to that. When we enrolled our child and expressed concern with how close the building was to the street we weretold that the only time my child would go outside of the building was to go to the playground.I have observed her personally walk kids across the kitchen floor as well as several parents cross in the morning and the afternoonwith their children in her presence. She then stated that I had also changed my child. I was not aware I couldn't wipe my own childs behind!!!! When advised that the incident never ocurred she claimed to have 2 parents and a teacher as a witness. Flat out LIE!!!. I was the only one on that side of the daycare. The teacher who let me in went across the kitchen to the other side.

She also tried to keep the fees I had paid for the week. Only reimbursed me when advised that I would take her to Court. Initally she seemed like a nice person. Beware not as she seems we were shocked at her behavior. It was completely unexpected.
