I have been to Rio more thAn once where the manager has asked me if I left a tip. considering I went there often I always asked for one particular waiter knowing I would have great service.since he no longer works there I ha e quit going there to eat. Tonight when we were paying for our food the manager asked my husband to leave a tip.he replied no because our service was terrible. He then continued to harass him for a tip.my husband finally left two dollars and let it be.the manager then started to harass our friends also for a tip.they denied and left..I will never walk back in those doors to eat or for anything. I will not give my business to someone who harassed me for a tip nor to a waitress who is rude and doesn't do her job! Very unprofessional!!!

Bad services would not recommend to anyone. The manager and waitresses are very rude. They manager will harass you for a tip . Tips are for people who do there job well not for hateful people that don't want to work.

Okay people I went to Rio Grande did not get good service went to check out was asked if I wanted to leave a tip I said no the manager asked me not to come back because I did not want to leave a tip. And then he tried to make me feel guilty for not leaving and Tip telling me that he did not pay his employees that the only money they made was what they made in tips.
