Love the people there they are so nice and very helpful. The first time I went there to take my child there, I was needing to be seen as well, they seen me and my other daughter on the spot and started helping me with my problem with my teeth.

It's great place to get your teeth work on.

Excellent customer service, I had an appointment for my four children (yes, all four were seen, it was a teacher's workday) Appointments ran very smooth, the kids were shown the proper way of brushing and flossing and I was made comfortable in asking questions. The front desk receptionist was very polite and attentive. The dental assistants were absolutely wonderful. I walked out with four children who were happily smiling with clean white teeth. I would/do definitely recommend Dr. Hameed in his staff. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Worse dentist ever!!!! Never once did he look me in the eye when talking to me...oh, wait he did not talk to me. It is set up so when you are sitting in the chair your back is to the door. He comes in talks to his assistant and leaves. If he spent a full minute in the room I was in I would be shocked. I even ask her, his assistant, if I inconvenienced him? He never introduced himself. Took me a year to decide on him for a dentist. Back to the ole drawing board. Looks like I will I will have to go out of Eden to find a dentist that will take my insurance.

This used to be a good place before they moved. Now I cannot get a filling; they only offer an expensive crown whether it is a filling that came out or a cracked tooth. I am looking for another dentist. T

The Rockingham Family Dentistry referred my case to another facility in GSO, who asked me a huge amount of money to just extract one tooth. The also mentioned that the surgery could also cost me an extra $500, if I needed general anesthesia. Meaning that the total cost for removing my tooth, would total a whopping $1200.

Then I decided to take a trip to my old dentist friend, in the city I used to live. After a close examination, something that the Rockhan. Dentistry DID NOT DO, she said that I had only lost the old filling, and she saw no reason to extract the tooth. So she put a new filling, and the excruciating pain when eating or drinking was instantly gone.

These so called 'dentists' are getting more dishonest and mafia-like as time goes by. I could have lost a tooth, for good, had I not checked with a real dentist for a second opinion.

This 'Dr' Ahmed guy who 'works' there, should not be allowed to practice, if he does the same he has done to me to so many other people (like other reviews confirmed after a Google search). He should be sued for malpractice, and have his license revoked for good.

I gave an star because that is the minimum one can give. He does not deserve even half of one star.

We were so looking forward to having our family go to this practice, but the dentist and office are slow, unresponsive and simply don't seem to care about the patient at all. We will not be returning.
