Their towing service was out to help me in no time!! I was not overcharged and was in the shop with a quickness.

I work in the restaurant industry and know how important customer service is. I just wanted to say they did a fantastic job. Most times people don't take the time to point it out or take it for granted. Thank you, your service was much appreciated.

Quick and to the point!! The technician looking at my Volvo knew exactly what to look for and I was overall very pleased.

My power steering was starting to give me issues when I had enough and took it straight to B&S place. They found out what the problem was, fixed it and had me back on the road in no time.

The gentleman that me at the shop was courteous and straightforward with the diagnosis and quote. Everyone was very nice and helpful here.

Best Shop Around. Even when it's inconvenient, I return again and again to Bobby and Steve's because they are the best in every respect - what they fix stays fixed, and I(single,non-mechanically-inclined woman) have never been the target of even one attempt to talk me into anything I didn't need or ask them to look at. I have complete confidence and recommend them as highly I'd recommend any business anywhere. On top of it all they are so nice and easy to work with!

This shop is the best place in Minnesota to take your car. By far. Twice in a row they gave me better quotes than other mechanics in the area, and they did great work. Since then, I've stuck just with them. The people who work there are friendly and take time to explain the basics of the work your car might need. They're awesome!

It is not a pleasant experience when your car breaks down in the middle of a busy street. It's the first time that has actually happened to me. I called Bobby & Steve's Auto World and explained the situation. I could hear the dispatcher on the other line, telling someone to hurry up and get to me asap. Boy, was I happy to see the tow truck arriving in 15 minutes. My car was taken to the body shop, inspected and fixed all in the same day.
