I brought a coat in to have the sleeves shortened. They marked the sleeve at the length I wanted the sleeves, but instead they cut them at that point rather than allowing for a hem. The sleeves were 1 1/2 inches too short. When I got it home and realized what they had done I also noticed that they actually moved the buttons farther up hoping I wouldn't notice. One sleeve was also cut shorter than the other. I went back to ask for my money back and was told they don't give refunds. I now need to pay someone else to fix this coat but there is not enough material left to make a hem. Very incompetent, no customer service. Stay away.
