The good: They did a wonderful job helping our ailing family pet recover from what was likely a terminal illness. The general staff goes far out out their way will go out to help and show genuine concerned. Clinically, MVRS delivers very high quality pet care.The bad: Dr. Goullaud has a serious communication problem. He doesn't return calls, follow-up or follow-through when promised. It is chronic & re-occuring. This may seem like a minor issue when compared to the high quality clinical care they deliver. But in truth it is not trivial. By chance, I happen to compare experiences with other pet owners who used MVRS and they share the same sentiment. Those are the facts as I seen them. Use it as you see fit Would I take my pet or another their again? I'm not sure.

For 2 years now we have been going to MVRS. Our Schnauzer was referred by another clinic. She was very near death and in a great deal of pain. She was in intensive care for two weeks. During that time we went to see her at least once a day. We received frequent updates from the staff but specifically from Dr. Goullaud. There is no doubt in our mind, he saved her life. Since this time we have had frequent contact with the clinic as out dog has multiple health issues. We’ve come to count on the expertise of all the tech and doctors. While she was there she had several IV’s. We would sit on the floor and hold her while talking to a tech or a doctor. She always came to us with clean warm blanket around her. She was also kept very clean even with all her intensive care needs. The techs would sit and tell us everything she was doing that day. Her care was excellent. Dr Goullaud made sure she wasn’t in any pain – she was very comfortable. Recently our second Schnauzer became very ill. He had

I took my Yorkie here when she was very sick with a gastrointestinal problem. They have the best equipment in town and are able to do process lab work "in-house". The staff is very caring and just as concerned about your pet as you are. They take excellent care of your baby and also take care of you. I would recommend them to any pet parent.
