I have moved every 2 years in the past 6 years and have experienced 3 other cleaners in the metro, including the Edina location of Pilgrim. I have never had a problem with a dry cleaner before I switched to the Eden Prairie location 2 months ago. The staff at the Eden Prairie location provides decent customer service, but whoever does their cleaning does terrible work. Every black dress shirt and dress pants are returned to me with what looks like cat hair and/or lint. You shouldn't have to de-lint your cleaned clothes before you wear them. Also, I have never had stains from a cleaner before. They have returned 5 shirts in the past month to me with huge spots. (The spots are so large that if I had caused them, I would've had to go home and changed clothes.) When I brought this to their attention they re-cleaned the item, but that was it. I have never had a shirt returned to me from a cleaner with stains. I wear dry clean only clothes daily for my profession: between the poor work, indifference of the staff and hassle of having to have clothes re-cleaned, I would never use them again.
