My home was built in 1881. I talked with Tony and we decided to install brand new roofing, siding, windows, soffit, fascia and gutters. Tony was very informative about the whole project from start to finish. He was very prompt in returning phone calls and courteuos as well. The workers were on time everyday and the cleanup was very satisfactory. My home has been renovated and is up to date and looks beautiful. We chose Pro Custom Builders to replace our wind/hail damaged roof this past Fall. I was impressed with Tony from this first call that I placed with him to inquire about the damage and how to proceed with the repair. He came out the same day that I placed the call to look at the roof and then called me back right away to explain to me what he saw and what should be done. He met with the insurance adjuster and basically took care of the entire project from start to finish. Tony is professional ,friendly,very proactive and on top of things. He returns phone calls promptly, explains the roofing process and the insurance process in layman's terms, and treats you as if you are his one and only customer. As a woman, it's especially important to be cautious when selecting a contractor to work on your home. I interviewed Pro Custom Builders and another contractor when our home sustained hail and wind damage. When I met with Tony from Pro Custom, he spoke to me with the same informative, respectful and friendly manner that he used with my husband. He made sure that I personally understood which particular areas and items on my roof were damaged and how they would be repaired or replaced. Then he explained everything I needed to know in dealing with my insurance company. Tony even met with our insurance adjuster to discuss the damaged areas that he had identified during his thorough inspection which included an exam of the attic to check for internal damage. The other contractor did a quick (external only) review of my roof and left some printed information for me. The difference between the two contractors was obvious. I selected Pro Custom Builders to replace my roof and I couldn't be happier! It looks great, it was done RIGHT and it gave our home new life and longevity. Thanks to Tony's dedicated customer service and support, I felt completely confident and comfortable with the men who were working on my home. I have since referred my Grandmother to Pro Custom for repairs on her home including a new roof and siding. She will soon be enjoying the same OUTSTANDING customer service and craftsmanship that we have experienced. I am so impressed with you and your work staff. You stand by your word and were very patient with us. I am so glad that we have a local presence in Minneapolis that we can reach out to. Everytime I go outside now a smile is on my face. I look at the color we chose is exceptional. The craftsmanship on the doors, windows and siding is exceptional.
