Provided by YP.comJim Getzkow has been a very good landlord since we started renting. We have rented from him for 8 years. He is better than the other 3 previous landlords we had. People who bad mouth Jim usually are those who did not pay the rent and got evicted. Or they damaged the property and got evicted.
