The 5-star comment was written by the owner. Ownership and management of this company is the same as it has been for the last 8 years. NKC Custom Apparel is still managed by Santo, so management has not changed. It's still the same poor service it has always been.

They are under new management now - I placed an order recently and everything went great. We got printed tshirts and the images came out nice and clear, very detailed. We got a good price and received them quickly as well. Will definitely reorder.

Totally worth creating an account with White Pages for the sole purpose to emphasize how this is the worst company to ever exist ever. I used to work for them, and the behind-the-scenes is worse than you could believe. The lack of care for the customer and quality is mind boggling. Not to mention the owner treats his employees awful and pays them next to nothing. He also garnishes wages for no reason. Luckily for me, I got out of there and landed a good job. But I feel bad for anyone that is stuck there or does business there. Avoid at all costs. There are thousands or other fantastic apparel companies out there....this is not one of them.

Contacted about shirts and never heard back from them. Really bad way of doing business. Name of company has changed, address has not. Don't bother with them, waste of time.

They did a complete "botch job" on my van. I tried to contact the owner, but he would not return any of my phone calls. After a little over a year, the vinyl graphics began falling off, and when I emailed him about it, he replied "I hope it all falls off". My advice....save yourself some grief, and find someone else.
