Ordered a large number of rabbit cages along with some nesting boxes etc.. It has been almost a year. When I call, I am told they will get them to me by the end of X month. They never come. Their cages are the best, I don't understand why they don't hire help. It's time to be done with Klubertanz.

If you want anything from here, your better picking it up yourself. The shipping delay is horrible! Example: I ordered on a monday, i was told that my order would ship out the following thursday or friday. I called friday, said they would ship out that day. Here it is a week later (monday again), and still not shipped. It might ship today or tomorrow is the response I got. I dont order from here unless i must as you never know when they will ship. They wont charge your card until they ship, so you have to make sure the funds are in there at any given moment, just in case. I live paycheck to paycheck as it is, they are not making the transaction easy. If i could find my supplies elsewhere, I would, even if it cost a little more!
