If they had 0 stars that is what they would get. I set up a play set assembly for my 3 year old little boy's main Christmas present this year. I scheduled this to be done on Christmas Eve so that it would be assembled for him on Christmas morning. The woman I talked to said to secure this date I would have to pay 1/2 down since it was in high demand. I gave her my credit card to get this done. She charged my card half of the agreed install price of $450.00. She told me they would be to my house at 7am on Christmas Eve. 7am came and went. Then 8am. I called and left a message. 9am called and left another message. By 10am I was getting angry and called repeatedly to try to reach someone to find out what was going on. Nobody would answer the phone. Finally I reached a man who said he was not going to make it because of the weather. It was 60 degrees and sunny outside. When I told him that he said, oh well my guys are sick. I was furious with his lame excuses, as by this point my wife and I had read similar reviews to this one, and we just knew the same thing was happening to us. I told him that his company was ruining Christmas for my three year old and the what he told me next was appalling. He said "why don't you be a man, and put it together yourself." I will leave out the rest of the conversation, since it would not be appropriate to put into writing. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND I HOPE THEY GET CAUGHT AND SENT TO JAIL!!!!!
