BEWARE!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!

We called this company to repair our stove. They came out and presented a bill for $456.03 for a new part and labor. The part was to be ordered and would be in in 2-3 days at which time they would be back to complete repairs. THEY ASKED FOR AND TOOK A $200.00 CASH DEPOSIT on the initial service call. Three days came and went..no service man returned to complete the repair and no call from the company to explain the delay. We called this company and they RUDELY said the part would be in "in a few days". Several calls to Appliance Serv Heat and Air for status and same story-RUDELY being told the part will be in in a few days. Finally we called a reputable repair company and they did indeed get the needed part in 3 days and complete the repair. WE NEVER GOT OUR $200.00 DEPOSIT BACK FROM THESE PEOPLE. So, if you want to give your hard earned money to a company with absolutely no service or product given in return, this is the company with which you should do business!!!!
