Quite the significant change from last year, the Edgewater Burger King is delicious and rarely ever is at fault when preparing my meal, it has the appearance of a great employee structure and its suitable environment for my family. I rather do enjoy eating there as it being walking distance from my address. I highly recommend eating there for a quick family meal, or a nice burger with friends.

This place is a joke! Burger King is supposed to be the 1 place to customize your order, but if you ask for anything extra or off of your order, they screw it up. I only go here because its the only fast food place within miles, and I wish it wasnt. They hire new people all the time, and it seems to me that the managers dont take enough time to train. My husband gets his Whoppers PLAIN (how hard is that?), and I get mine with no onions. I came home today from ordering this, and one had extra onions and mustard all over the buns and the package, and the other was normal with all the normal toppings. The package matched, so obviously the girl at the window just grabbed any 2 and put it in the bag.

I understand these people need jobs, but im sure they can all read, and they can all see a thick black line through the onion on the package. I just dont see how hard it is.

I have complained many times, and done MANY of the surveys they give with the receipts, and it doesnt do any good. I would avoid BK all together if you want good service, hot food, and a good deal.
