I had a very bad experience with this contractor and want to help others make better choices by suggesting you do your research before hiring and giving your money to any contractor.

We've been hiring Sunstate Constructors for 9 years now - they have done approximately 8 different projects for us, including screen enclosure, windows, doors, garage cabinets, kitchen cabinets, structural work, office remodeling and laundry remodeling. They are excellent!!! We are always so amazed at the quality of work being done in a timely fashion.l They are honest, professional, extremely qualified and have turned our home into a palace. We recommend them highly for any and all work around your home. Their cost is fair and they handle themselves with integrity. Excellent company. We use no one else. Larry and Elaine L

Had am addition built to my home for my grandson.after approximately. 3 and a half months it was finally done.(excuses and more excuses about trying to fit us in because they were "so busy" now the room has shifted and is sinking and all of a sudden after text after text no call back no response from mark he had no problem tho taking our money I know we weren't a huge project for him but 10000.00 isn't a small chunk of change he wont return any phone calls and once in a while had a man named eddie answer us by text that they were going to get it fixed and now no one is responding back to us.I've already been told that if I file a complaint with the city of port orange about him and his work there all going to pass the Buck that he will probably blame the engineer and inspectors. But...mark was the engineer he bragged about how he built skyscrapers and how wonderful of a job they do.I'm very upset that this was done to us all I want is for it to be fixed. Everytime I would text him he would have his coworker eddie text me nack and it was always give me some time this is how mark works.he goes on to the next job and fogets about you.well you Mr mark have met your match. You shouldn't have done to us what you have.and I'm sorry we weren't a million dollar job for you.but my grandbaby needed that room for a space to call his own and now you have my $10000.00 and wont fix anything or call back.I will be in the market for an attorney in the near future.people like you make people like me lose trust in construction.
