After the first purchase of a pellet stove I had to go back for the high quality of the product that is sold there at Bay Stoves. Not just for the product but in the support of the small buisness owner. I have had nothing but great things from this small family owned and operated buisness.

Under their "old ownership" they stood me up no less than 5 times with absolutely no explanation. Under their "new ownership" they cam to my house but claimed I hadn't for prior service so I had to dig out old receipts to prove then wrong. Then after having a new fireplace installed in my basement during a home remodel they stated that it was improperly installed and that my concrete basement was somehow going to burn my house down! This was especially surprising since we were using t h e fireplace everyday with no problem. Then I told then it was installed by licensed contractors and signed off on by the county inspectors. Their reply was, "Those guys don't know what they're doing. We'll have to take your pictures down off the walls and cut holes in them!" I told them that if they cut holes in these walls I'd call the sheriff on them. We just finished building them. Damn good thing I have a background in architecture, engineering, home design and construction, otherwise there's no telling how much they would have scammed me for!
