absolutely the BEST BAGELS iv ever tasted! Owners and staff are very friendly and will go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. Weekends get a little hectic but the line is well worth the wait and it moves pretty quick, its a must try.

This place has the best bagels, pastries and service ever - and delivery is super-fast! If you get there before 11, you can even get their amazing bagels still warm from the oven. The Everything & Cinnamon Raisin are the tops - oh, and if you like Lox or Whitefish Salad, this place will be a little slice of heaven for you! The old owners weren't very family-friendly, but they now have an expanded menu, high chairs, and endless patience for little munchkins. I just wish they'd move the candy display out of little-kid reach! (lol)



I read the other review for BBC, and I can't imagine how incredibly rude that person must have been to have been told not to have come back, considering that the new owners have completely remade - and redelivered - a $4 bagel sandwich to us in the middle of a saturday morning rush because there was ketchup on it and my 2-year-old threw a fit. (we were going to just buy another, but they INSISTED on doing it all for free for us!)



I've lived in 6 major cities in the US, and this place has the best bagels I've ever tasted. No lie! It is absolutely worth the trip.

Binghamton Bagel Cafe changed owners earlier this year and has not been as good since then. I have been a regular customer for 7 years. The bagels and muffins used to among the best in town, but are now only average. The recipes have changed for the worse and they are skimping on their sandwiches. When I was there this weekend, I had a problem with my sandwiches and went back to have them fixed. When I went back to buy more bagels today, the new owner said she would never have remade my sandwiches if she had been there on Saturday and that it was a waste to do so. She went so far as to say she didn't care if I ever returned. This is a good way to lose regular customers. I will not go there again!
