You get what you pay for. I suppose if you live in subsidized housing, you can't expect much. But you can expect SOMETHING, right? The front office staff is horrible. The phone line is off 75% of the time & the admin office (which already has inconvenient hours) closes early almost EVERY TIME I go down there. They take forever to get paperwork done for you, the maintenance phone line is also off most of the time (forcing you to leave a message on the emergency maintenance line during regular business hours), the maintenance staff takes forever to get things done, residents are loud and blast music in their cars as they drive by at all hours of the night, and when you complain to Edgewood Management Corp (the company who owns Windsor Valley) about it, you'll talk to a guy named Terrence Kelley who does nothing but make excuses for these losers. Don't move here.



On the bright side, it is clean & pest-free, & obviously affordable.
