Convenient, nice campground right off of I-40. Decent size lots, don't have to unhook if you need or want to. Eating places & grocery stores bear by. Laundry room, bathrooms, & showers clean. Dogs allowed on leash, but hosts are nice about them. Nice walk area.

The RV park is nice, dirt & rock (but hard), fine to travel and park on, and the hosts take you to your RV site, show you the sewer (a black cap or orange cap), and electrical hook-ups. Water sometimes has a spit system, due to it being an older park years ago, I think. The managers are kind and respectful to everyone, and the park is a nice RV park, and conveniently off of I-40. Gorgeous view of the mountains! The bathrooms very clean, the shower cost $4 for 12min, but worth it for what you get; wide, clean & a lot of room. Washer & dryer's are $3 each, but new & clean. Chairs to sit in, not fancy, but useful. Managers are available 24/7, and don't mind being woke up; quiet park as far as no excessive noise or partying, only a little noise from the highway traffic, but not right upon us either. Rested well, nice park, nice folks. Definitely a stay worth your time if in this area. Clean & looks like management is working on it to better the park even more.

In my 12 years of RVing this is by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with someone at the RV park. I called ahead to make reservations because I knew we had a long day and late night of traveling ahead due to a deadline we had to meet. I spoke to the manager on the phone and told her we had at least 6 hours of travel time according to Google. It was 5 pm. Usually RV parks leave information on the door for late check in but she said she would have to take us to our site and to call. We arrived after midnight and she rudely. proceeded to lecture me about how rude it was to arrive so late and that I should have called.. The RV park is not that big and having done this once or twice we would have found our spot. We left because it is unacceptable for someone to be so rude to anyone. My recommendation is to drive a little farther and find a nicer RV park with friendly people.

A very nice place to rest. The people make the difference. Very close to all the stores you would need on the road and a few places to eat. The hostess met us a 11pm and guided us in to a very easy to get into space. Then held the light while we got settled.

New managers that are the nicest people. Still under construction yet when done will be nicest around. Well lit driveway, wifi works well. We will be back when passing through. They are filling up and bring cash, 30. Very close to Walmart in the desert. 20 miles east of Albuquerque, The maint guy welded my neighbors hitch. way cool not to have to go to a shop and leave his house.

The RV manager is Henry (God help you, only meet him once) He stinks of cigarette smoke and is unclean and has probably never seen grooming. He walks around with a cane and threatens customers with I in a not so suttle way with, I know how to use this and you’ll be sorry if you mess with me.

We stayed one night (that was enough) and got out of there as fast as we could, got up at 4:30 AM to leave.

Never again, the place is nothing but blowing sand and dirt, the water you hook up to is from a bad well and the sewage stinks, Then there is Henry, like the night of the living dead…… Good Luck
