Could be better, could be worse. I would try again as staffing seemed short and too busy for all involved. Food was good and the cheesecake is really what I will go back again for. It's a loud restaurant, hard to hear.

Great food but very busy. There isn't much room in the entry for customers to wait for a table so we went out into the mall to shop during part of our 45 minute wait. I love the orange chicken and many of their salads. The menu is huge and includes everything from breakfast food to dessert. Of course the best part is the cheesecake! I don't have a favorite flavor but every variety I've tried is fantastic!

Beautiful resturant and the service was good BUT: I ordered hot apple cider and it was served in a water glass with a towel wrapped around it, which the waitress didn't leave for me, so it was too hot for me to pick up until it cooled off some and than you guessed it, it wasn't hot anymore. I wonder if they serve coffee like that? Two of our party ordered the classic hamburger and they both said they were very dry. I ordered a BLT salad and I only could handle about 3-4 bites, it just had a very weird taste and not anything like a bacon dressing like it said on the menu. It was a birthday gathering of 12 people with a bill of 240$ so I think the food should have been more satisfing. For the Birthday gal they only served a child size ice cream sundae and I think with all those beautiful desserts, they should have served one of them, especially cheese cake but I suppose since they charge $8.00 for it they don't want to give a piece away for free. That's tough for them because not one on us will return but I'm sure we won't be missed. (the bread was great!)

Despite the long wait in the evenings and weekends the food is great and inexpensive. It is worth the wait! They have the best cheesecake ever with tons of variety! Cheesecake is not all they have though. Steaks, seafood, burgers to pasta...the list goes on. The structure of the restaurant is beautiful and elegant. Two thumbs up!

I love the larget menu at the Cheescake Factory. You can always find something different. The service could be improved on though.

If this review was based solely in regards to the food, it'd be a raving five star review.



Yet, service must be taken into consideration when writing a review, right?!



The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing.



We arrived around 3:30pm for lupper; lunch/supper.



After being seated, it took nearly 10 minutes to be acknowledged by our server...not a good start. We ordered our beverages and meals and after another long wait, we finally got our basket of bread.



We finished our beverages and needed more (we had just finished a long road trip- goofy, yet we get very thirsty after long drives).



Our server was nowhere to be found.



My man asked another employee if he could please refill his tea and my water. That guy was a gem and did so with a smile...nice guy!



The wait for our entrees seemed very long, yet I didn't time it.



My club sandwich was perfect and my man raved about his salmon.

Yes- the food was fabulous!



I desired some mayo for French fry dipping (yummy), yet again, the server was nowhere to be found. Ugh!



Does ANYbody know where she was hiding?!!



She actually didn't check back with us until we had only a couple bites left on our plate...too late for the mayo.



We were really hoping that service at this CF would be far better than the service we've had at CA CFs, yet it was not...bummer.
