This apartment complex preys on the students of Edinboro University. When a student cannot come back to school for financial reasons, they attempt to make them pay a lease that has not even started when if the student were going to be in school the financial aid would cover their overpriced rent.
It is against the Landlord Tenant act of Pennsylvania to hold someone to a lease if they give you 30 days notice that they no longer wish to reside in said apartment/home.
Apparently this law doesn't apply to them.

OUT FOR THE MONEY!!!



This place is ripping off college students. Especially the ones on financial aid. They don't care about the students, nor do they want to help the students. Stay away from them they are nothing but a rip off.



Apparently the Pennsylvania Landlord Tenant Act does not apply to them.
