This service was exceptional and friendly. Immediately, you get a sense they are all about repairing shoes.

I had a pair of vintage cowboy boots that had split on the outside of one boot. about 5" long. I asked if they could repair it and make it look good. They assured me they could. I picked them up 4 days later to massive disappointment. These boots are designer vintage with inlays. I would expect that they would follow the original stitching pattern to put the patch on the inside. then it would not be noticeable. They just ran the stictching hither and yon on the inlay over the inlay and didnt even bother with matching thread. I am very disappointed. Yes i can wear them, but they are no where near fixed as good as they could have been. I would save this place for a broken heel and thats about it. Dont taKe your special projects to them.
