Worst business I ever had to deal with

Don't trust anything that is said to you from this businesss. Obie Garcia is the person you have to deal with and he is a habitual liar. Don't ever expected anything to be done when he tells you it's going to be done. Get everything in writing even if he tells you the printer is broken. Don't expect that the work is going to be done right. My truck that was supposed to be fixed and still has the check engine light on, the seat belts don't work, the air conditioning is acting up, the body to frame alignment is totally off. On top of that, they dented the rear bumper while it was there. Honestly they should be charged with consumer fraud, I had to call the sheriff's department on them over a dispute. But to them that is ok because they think the paint work looks nice. Save yourself the aggravation and stay away from this business.

We would just like to respond to Mr. Lares comments. We have been in business and serving our community for over 20 years and have literally thousands of satisfied customers. Of course, as in every business, there is a small percentage of our customers that were not be satisfied regardless of ALL our efforts to provide excellent customer service as in this case. As in regards to Mr. Lares comments we would just like to address a couple of points. First off his comments are NOT at ALL factual. For example, We (Edinburg Autoplex)called the sheriffs dept. (not Mr. Lares) because of his refusal to pay for the repairs we had agreed upon which were completed as agreed. Sheriffs Dept found NO grounds for Mr. Lares complaints and he was ordered to pay. In seeing Mr. Lares distress and still trying to keep him as a satisfied customer we went ahead and offered him a discount on the total amount of the repairs. None of the other issues that he refers to such as his seat belts, check engine light, etc... were discussed so they were not repaired and so they were NOT charged as the receipt he received shows. Upon Mr. Lares leaving we considered this matter resolved to the best of our abilities. It is of note to state that Mr. Lares was referred to us by his own mother and sister which were customers that were very happy and satisfied with our service. Unfortunately, you can't make everyone happy. Edinburg Autoplex continues to service the community and continues to provide excellent customer service.
