My Wife and myself have been coming to luby's for quite sometime, and have been loyal customers for years. It is usually a friendly environment and the food is good. Although, when going through the drive thru, that is not the case. Going through the drive thru majority of the time always skimp out the portions on everything! Which is why we haven't gone there in while. Today on May 25 my wife , said she received a coupon for the Luann plate and wanted to go. I had told her from the past unpleasant experiences we've encountered through the drive thru, but she still insisted. Once again they skimped out her potion of meat. It is suppose to be half, but it looked less than a kids portion of meat. For her side salad,there was only three lettece leafs. She asked to add on carrots when ordering and the person assisting her said ma'am there's already carrots within the salad and were going to charge additional. Very disappointing with the service here. Definitely will not be returning!
