Horrible customer service. They don't care nor care to help out 2 answer any questions. They literally get bothered and get attitude if you ask anything that involves them doing work. This goes from employee to the manager. I can see why this place is not used much and they resort to selling novelties.

i will never use this mailbox service and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

i sent off a box and was told it would be there by friday, lastest monday. then monday after the box still isnt there i call and ask about it and the owner who apparently doesnt know how to run her business tells me she told me it could take up to 2 weeks. this was dated material and had she told me 2 weeks i would have never sent it regular mail. next time i will go where they know what they are doing and can at least give you a better expectant time. it went from 4 days to 2 weeks and i was never told that.

owner is rude and has no managment skills
