I have delt with Pizza Hut and i have always liked their Customer Service but the only Pizza Hut i have had problems with EVERYTIME i call is the one on 1802 S. Closner Blvd. in Edinburg. When i call about deals they tell me one thing, i adv. that i will call back when i make up my mind and when i call back they say that the offer i mentioned is no longer available. Also when i have ordered, i almost always order the stuff crust, when i call with a coupon I order it and they told me that the coupon is NOT valid with the Stuff Crust (But on coupon it said ANY CRUST!). One time i ordered they took 3 hours "I am not EXAGERATING!" and when they arrived they arrived ith the WRONG order. I was so PISSED! because i had to go to work, I WAS ALREADY LATE and besides that they had given the order to someone else and i took the order of that someone else. THIS STORE IS SCARING EVERYONE! I think we need to change the management and hire employees who are really willing to work by doing everything right. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND IM SURE IT IS ALSO FOR MANY OUT THERE!
