This Pizza Hut by far has been the restaurant with the best service and best tasting pizza in the RGV! Starting from when you walk in the door to when you're leaving, you see smiles on waitresses and management. I will definitely continue coming to Pizza Hut on University Dr. from now on and I sincerely recommend it. Keep up the great work!

The Pizza Hut at this location, on University Drive in Edinburg Texas, has very poor customer service. Not only does the staff need to give better customer service but the managing personnel needs to take responsibility for their staff. It is common sense that the way the staff acts is a reflection on the manager.



Experience 1: (during the lunch hour rush) My table was being served by a new server and we understood that things were going to go slow. Unfortunately, the server did not put out order in on time and one of my friends didn't get to enjoy his food at the restaurant because his lunch hour was over and the food had just arrived. This alone was very unpleasant, but what put the icing on the cake was what I mentioned earlier about the managing personnel, we had to wait 15 minutes just to speak to the manager...VERY POOR JOB!



Today, September 17 2010, I decided to give Pizza Hut another chance...



Experience 2: (lunch hour rush again but wasn't too busy) The server that was assigned to our table was very rude and did not have a good attitude. If you are in a job position where you have to be in contact with customers CONTINUE TO SMILE AND WORK THROUGH IT! (I speak from experience having to work with customers myself. It is common knowledge that it will lead to a positive experience and ergo, HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!) Our food was late again and we had to rush to finish it. Not only was it my experience what got sad; it was, while paying my tab, having to hear another customer have the same experience as my first...She did not have time to eat lunch.



Overall, VERY POOR JOB and something they CLEARLY NEED to work on.

An unsatisfied customer.

I used to go to this Pizza Hut once a week growing up and really enjoyed playing the video games they had there: Rampage, Samurai Shodown, etc.. and ever since they remodeled, they removed the games, im disappointed. The food is ok. The waitress are cute college girls so thats a plus+. Anyways, miss the games but love the waitresses...
