Shentel is the worst cable com...

Shentel is the worst cable company there is.Programming is always off time and quality suffers with the glitching and pixelating..Custom service never has a solution besides paying your outrageous bill for such poor cable. Problems never get fixed they just hope you forget about it and the price just keeps going up...I would never reccomend this company to anybody.And i think instead of giving employees free service and new tvs they need to use the money to resolve the issues that i guarentee im not the only customer thinking this. I only gave 1 star becuase it wont let you give negative stars. BEWARE spend your hardearned money on better things!!!

Clear picture but not prompt service

Satisfactory cable as long as you do not need to call customer service or make any changes to your account. It took 3 months for them to send a tech out to the house to change the package plan. The signal was clear and we did not have any difficulties with picture quality. I have had worse experiences with cable companies but there definately is room for improvement.
