After finding this little shop, which was actually a hole in the wall, My garment was given to her in December of 2015 after I told her it belonged to my deceased mother and I wanted to wear it for a special occasion. In Jan. was not finished in Feb. she still refused to work on it, but what I found was shocking, the piece the sleeves were taken in with one size smaller than the other the stitching was horrific, bulging, loop sided it was too small just awful. She proceeded to complain to me that it was an impossible task and gave her a headache. . Susan told me the jacket would be ready on Tuesday but decided to take out the stitching instead and told me to pick it up. When I arrived at the “hole” she had poorly taken out her stitching and it had gap holes in the seams. If you are looking for top quality work… think again about trusting this woman. She has no considerations for customers nor has she work principal or ethics to be running this establishment! It is a joke!
