David R. Webb Company began as a meager, one-veneer-saw operation in 1894 in the agrarian community of Edinburgh, Ind. Its ascent into the world marketplace has been swift and decisive. It has shipped hardwood veneer and lumber to Europe, Asia, Central America, South America and Africa for more than 20 years. In 1989, the company opened a subsidiary, Bradford Forest Products, in Bradford, Penn. This acquisition quickly built the company s reputation as a producer of high-grade species of lumber for experts. David R. Webb Company also has two locations in Edinburgh, an operation in Williamsport, Pa., a sales office with an attached warehouse in High Point, N.C., a community known for its history in the furniture industry, and also maintains a sales office in Cerritos, Calif.
