Went in to treat my family to ice cream. On the window it plainly has MC / Visa logo. Ordered ice cream and water, totaling $9.82. When I handed the boy (teenage employee) my MC, he informed me that he couldn't take it unless the purchase totaled $15.00. I asked him where the sign was stating the $15.00 policy. The other teenage employee (a female) informed me there used to be a sign. I said we now have a problem, to which he said I could go to a bank ATM. I said no, that he could either take my charge or figure something else out. By the way, the ice cream was already being devoured by my kids. I asked him to phone the owner, which he did, but got no answer. He then turned a looked at me and said "no answer". I gave him back our 1/2 eaten icecream. I called back and asked for the owners name and employees names. He said the owners name was on a bus. card. As for the girl's name, "none of my business". Terrible service! Owner needs to find new help. Rec.passing on this one.
