I went for tech support with Izaccess since I had issues with the computer. I didn’t want to have to take the computer in because I didn’t know what they were going to do to it. With Izaccess, I know what they're doing. I got their plan and pay by the month. Their price is pretty high but the company is very good and offers outstanding service. Their technicians are wonderful and keep working on the issue until they get it fixed.

I had the virus get on my computer that's gonna crash the computer if I close it down. The Izaccess technician did everything right away, went in to control the system and walked through everything. I was gonna watch as he fixes everything but he went through a lot of stuff. And in the end, he did a really good job. I first signed up for the one-month subscription and then later went on to sign up for a whole year.

the tech support staff were very professional and i'm very pleased with the service that i recieved problem solved.Will recommend to friends and family.

I was having a bad day couldn't acess email when Izaccess was here to help .They accessed my mail fixed the problem and I'm back in my mailbox. Thank you computer360tec.ur the greatest.

Eric did a great job of hearing my problem and reacting to it. he was kind enough to make certain I understood what he was saying (I am not real computer savey). he cleaned it to make it work faster and did so explaining to me what he did and how I could better, and faster, get what I wanted

Excellent work done the izaccess team. recovery my email password with in 30 minutes and also done the tune up of the computer. Now I am able to access emails and also computer is running excellent.
