From beginning with Tamara who answered the phone to Adam who came to fix our shower our experience was excellent. Tamara was very pleasant and professional on the phone and Adam was at our house in about a hour and he was so pleasant and knew his stuff. Great people and great service. We will use them again with no problem.

I just had them come out to diagnose a leak from my bathroom that had been leaking into my downstairs neighbors bathroom for over 2 yrs before I even moved here. They showed up on time, introduced themselves, and explained everything they were doing and seeing along the way. They even showed me a video of the leak. They fixed it quickly and very reasonably. Very nice guys! They will definitely be my go to plumbers from now on!

When I've needed prices in advance to compare the prices were good, and I got all the detail info I needed.

I had an emergency issue with my main sewer line. The dispatcher was great about telling the crew I could only be home from work for a short time. They arrived in the time frame and did the job very quickly, and still got it right. I will for sure be using Ken's Plumbing in the future.
