We tried to order a complete scale for $93.11. What we received was a part for a scale instead. When we called to return the item, the Customer Service Supervisor was short and would not even consider a return or exchange. Poor business.

Very big medical supply warehouse they have... My customers are used to buy from them... they have most of medical supplies

I'm very impressed with this company. They have a large selection of products both online and at their physical location for those who are local, at great prices and top quality products. Their customer service is awesome. I had a slight issue with my order due to a manufacturers backorder (no fault of the company. They can't control the manufacturer) and they were great at helping me resolve it. I highly recommend!

Terrible. I ordered an electric stethoscope off the website. I never got any kind of confirmation email. I spent extra money to have it shipped within 2 days. I tried calling the contact number, it went to voice mail, and the mailbox was full and would not allow me to leave a message. After a week, I called again, (using the order number I got off my paypal info). They said there was a problem with the vendor, apologized and said they would fix it and send it out. I had to request a refund for my 2 day shipping fee. They refunded me and assured me it would be at my house by mid week the following week. I requested a follow up email from them and confirmed my email address. I never got an email (not in spam folder either). That next week on Friday morning I lost my temper and called to complain. They said it had been shipped and was set to be delivered that day. I did finally get it, but wow... what a disaster. No not order from them. Maybe its different if you are ordering a ton of equipment and supplies to set up an office, I dont know..
