Provided by YP.comHorrible people - no decency or business ethic.
Advertise themselves on groupon and just unilaterally change the terms. Unwitting customers who go there are humiliatingly told that they will not honour the customers because it's Valentine's day (Whatever that's supposed to mean). If they didn't put this on their advertising, then they should have the decency to honor their commitment. These guys don't!!!

Provided by YP.comThis establishment doesn't even deserve this one star but I guess I have to in order to write this review. I have never sat down in such a disgusting "restaurant". The management team is disgustingly rude, cold, temperamental and unprofessional. My family and I love dining out and trying new places- we have dined in fancy places and hole in the wall spots and this is the first time I have encountered such horrible customer service.
First of all, let me start this review by saying I am Pakistani and was born in Karachi. So I know what real Pakistani food is. This 4th of July weekend I had some guests over from LA so I decided to take them to Shahnawaz Palace. I reserved a table for 11 two days in advance and confirmed my reservation three times until the day of our reservation but they didn't have the table for us. The food was reserved on time but It has to be the most disgusting Pakistani food I've ever had in my life.
I know what American Pakistani food is like. Although nowhere closer to the real Pakistani food but its still a novelty within itself. The taste is OK. But this food was just plain disgust in.
Kebabs were hard as rock! Karhai gosht was so salty that is tasted like pickle and all curries have long pieces of ginger in them (which I personally don't understand why restaurants put this, this is in no way Pakistan). The dal was a joke, The keema mutter (which is minced meat) was absolutely horrible and this dish is very hard to screw up.
The person I spoke with when I arrived I am not sure if he was the owner or the manager, acted as if he was doing me a favor by seating us down. Horrific customer service skills, typical cheap indo pak pricy attitude which I am sick of.
The food made me sick the next day and I sure as hope that my guests didn't suffer the same fate.
All in all I literally put my money down the drain and faced embarrassment in front of my guests.
Please take my advice, avoid restaurants like these like plague. These guys are nothing short of a scam. They take advantage of the American people because they know we Americans Pakistani have limited knowledge when it comes to Pakistani food. They overcharge you for something they called Indian/pakistani food, which in reality is a watered down (literally) version of cheap ingredients and some Indian spices.
