I ordered my wood trim kit from them on the 10th of April I didn't receive my order until the 24th. During this time I called, several times wondering what is going on with my order since they already collected my money. All it said on my order form in my email was that it was processed. I sat on the line for 10 minutes each time with no one answering it.



They shipped my order on the 20th. It was due to arrive at my home on the 22nd. It ended up getting lost in the mail for a 2 days. I finally got my order on the 24th.



I went with woodview because they were the cheapest for wood trim kits + the shipping was factored into the price of the wood trim. The kit looks good.



Great prices but their customer service is poor. Quick to take your money but slow to send your package.



I did get a hold of their customer service just to try them out.

Customer service is poor. Sat on the line for 25mins. Customer service consist of foreigners which barely speak English.



Be very careful with this company. There have been people that have lost their money and have not received their purchases.
