Signed a contract for a new roof including new underlayment and ice and water shield.

StormForce thought they would cut some corners and RE-use our old underlayment. Ice and water shield was NOT installed as described in the contract.

Not sure whether to sue him or turn him over to the insurance commissioner for alleged fraud. Google "In-Depth review of StormForce Roofing stormforceroofing.us and David Bryant Dickens by Mark W Mumma" for complete details.

I took a time lapse video of the entire reroof of my house. StormForce did NOT do what they said they would do in writing. Then it took over 2 weeks just to get an itemized invoice.

My recommendation would be to avoid this company at all costs.
