This location is definitely my favorite one I've been to. The customer service is great and everyone is really friendly. The facility is very clean and the pricing is great.

This location today ha the best smiles I have seen in a long time. Gunnar Jones helped me with the best product knowledge and price , Tiffany Davis literally had me laughing the whole time with her jokes. I love this location and the people that help me achieve the color that I want. I feel beautiful today because if the workers behind the counter today.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. They offer many plans to fit all needs. Beds are very clean-great atmosphere.

I tan here regularly and appreciate the friendliness of the staff. There are so many beds that I rarely have to wait and they always have packages to fit my needs.

I need to re track my review I posted a week ago on yellowpages, and inform everyone else. I only wrote one because I was promised $20 worth of free money to use towards my next draft date, well that was a lie told to me by the manager. Not to mention when I first signed up for $20 for 30 tans no one told me I don't get 30 tans if I cancel. So not only was I lured in to ATB on false pretenses I was misinformed and lied to by the manager who said she would compensate me with an extra week of tanning. Well I haven't got that. I've gotten the run around by the incompetent young staff whose desires are nothing more than to please themselves and their friends that come up to the shop. I'm pretty sure customer services is in their job description and I've gotten none of that. To top it all off I went in to cancel my contract on the 28th, something told me to go in the next day (29th) and make sure it was canceled. Sure enough the guy didn't cancel my contract after I signed and filled out the appropriate paperwork. When I asked and Tracy (staff) realized he didn't she didn't apologize for the mistake, didn't inform me of what I was signing (just told me sign the electronic pad), and that was all. So now I am in the process of handling this matter legally. I can only imagine if they've done this to me who else they've done it too. It takes a lot to get on my bad side and the fact I showed these people countless patience and kindness while trying to get this matter resolved that wasn't my fault, well I see have to take matters to the extreme, but that's fine that is what I am going to law school for. At the end of the day I paid over $50 dollars and didn't get my 30 tans. Talk about a rip off!

At The Beach is the first tanning facility I've ever tanned in. I have really enjoyed my experience with the tanning beds, Versa spa, as well as the employees....particularly the manager, Joanna Hale. She has always made me feel welcome and an important guest.

The tanning beds are really cool, they have mp3 jacks for ur phone to listen to ur own music, and they work really good! Even the versa spas are awesome! Loved my experience
