There is one stylist in particular here, Hayley, who can NOT do color. I went in for blond highlights and came out with orange hair. She did not even return my call afterwards. Totally unacceptable. I had to stop at another salon and have the color corrected, which is very bad for your hair, but I had no choice whatsoever. This was the worst hair experience I have ever had, and I have been getting my hair colored for many years.

I had a VERY bad experience at this salon with color. It was so bad I actually had to go to another salon and get it corrected (immediately). The salon lighting is extremely poor, and I didn't even realize how horrible it was until I got outside into the natural light. A call to the stylist was not returned. I spent over $100 for this service. I have been getting my hair highlighted for over 30 years and this was the WORST color job I have ever gotten. I wouldn't even give the place one star, but it wouldn't take the review unless at least one was checked.
